Warranty Entitlement

  • AWR Advanced Warranty Replacement: The depot ships the replacement item to the customer without waiting for the defective part. Only available to qualifying members.
  • SWR Standard Warranty Replacement: The customer's return item(s) must be received before the depot ships the replacement item(s).
  • SRR Self Recycling Replacement: The depot ships the replacement item to the customer and the customer is expected to recycle the product. Only available to qualifying products and members.
  • Fulfillment A shipment of spare parts to the customer.
